No title on Forum post
OK, not sure if this attachment will work or not (edit: - it didn't, .docx is not allowed)- don't really have a good way to do a screen capture so I just did a copy-past into a word doc.
Basically DEA started a forum string in "Boating and Boating topics" But it has no subject showing for me, therefor no way of going into the string. I see that Anglingarcher commented on it, so some must be able to see it. The only way I can is to review Anglin's recent posts. This is on IE8. I tried backing out and in a couple times, still displayed the same.

RE:No title on Forum post
There are a few threads like that. Go to the far right and click on the last post. That'll get you into the thread, then you can scroll to where you want to read.
there will be 2 small boxes under the name Anglingarcher below;
Anglinarcher
put your curser over the box that says 'go to last post', or 'go to last unread'. click one of them.
Sometimes the little boxes will be to the right of the name, works the same.

Weird. I've never seen that. Don't think it's even possible from a database perspective. Must be something in the Theme you're using.
I assume you're talking about this post:

Yes that thread
I'm using what seems to be the default theme - YAFvision - it is what showed up when the site came back on last week after the problems and upgrade.

AMX - yep - that's how I got into the thread.
Aaron - Yes, that is the forum string. I am using clean slate... Logged off and back on, still no title.

RE:No title on Forum post
Don't know if it helps, but I just logged on via Firefox 3.6.15 and can see the title just fine. Then off, and onto IE again and no title shows. Just for that one post. Everything else seems to look fine.

RE:No title on Forum post
What browser are you guys using? Does it do that if you switch browsers?
RE:No title on Forum post
Now i see the problem. It works fine in Chrome and Firefox, but IE is having problems. I'll look into it.
RE:No title on Forum post
I have no idea what the problem WAS, but that post should now be visible. I edited it and just resaved it.
RE:No title on Forum post
The title is showing now.
I've done nothing except to put the 4x4 truck up on dollies so I can move it sideways to install new axle bearings this week.

Just imagine how good the web site will be after I get the bearing job done. Then I have the front bearings to do next month.
