Friend/Foe

Thats kinda a weird thing to designate friends vs foes. How do you know where you stand with any one individual? I know Ive argued a point or didnt agree with anybody here but I dont look at anyone as a foe. Opinions will mostly vary between folks. Ive never felt threatened by anyone here . I think its a strange part of the new forums for all of us who even if we dont agree on something. I feel like were a very large extended family. I argue with my family members but yet inside we love eachother. Im not saying I love yall here but I have the utmost respect for everyone,as if we are a family. JMO

I think it comes as part of the new forum software. Other forums are not nearly as civilized as this one is and I can see where it would come in handy.

I agree. I like the new friend system, but I like all you guys, I'm not here to make enemies. It's probably a default feature of the new adjustments that were made in the forum software.

Doesn't the foe system blocked out the foe's forum post so that you dont see them? I agree with everyone else about not seeing things eye to eye with other member, but I wouldnt call them a foe. The bickering that goes on here is pretty tame compared to other places.

I believe that is how it works. Aaron would have to chime in for sure.

I can sum the usefulness of this function up in one word: swedefish4life1
It doesn't announce to the world when you've chosen a foe, it just blocks them out of the forum, as if they never existed. You'll never see anything from them again.

Its a great tool to have on some boards, "The team" here does a great job of cutting out the crap and moderating so we don't really have a big use for it.
For instance if you were annoyed by my opinion on everything and didn't want to hear my crap you could use this tool to keep you blood pressure down.

Here I thought everyone went out of town.?The only real times Ive seen folks get edgy is when the salmon arent hitting ,the rivers have either had no rain or way too much rain. When were all stuck at home doing honeydo work instead of being outdoors. If I offended anyone Im sorry and did not intentionally upset you. But then if they are foes they wont see this . Hahahaha.Good weekend to everyone friends and foes.
