Yakima river report via County?

I was trying to submit a report for the upper Yakima river. I was in Kitittas county on this section of the river. Upper Yak, as in between Cle Elum and Easton. I could not find the Yak. in the options for river choices when I was submitting the report. I chose 1st Kitittas county because that was my location. Then I started search every county in Eastern WA. literally, but never came up with the river anywhere.
Am I missing something, or it an oversight?

I see what you mean! I found it, here's how: I hit the rivers tab(in between lakes and reports), then river index, located Yakima River, it is listed in Benton County.
At 214 miles long, I think it's in more than one county>>>>>>>>>>>>LOL
The Yakima River is a tributary of the Columbia River in south central and eastern Washington State, named for the indigenous Yakama people. The length of the river from headwaters to mouth is 214 miles (344 km), with an average drop of 9.85 feet per mile (1.866 m/km).
The river rises in the Cascade Range at an elevation of 2,449 feet (746 m) at Keechelus Dam on Keechelus Lake near Snoqualmie Pass, northwest of Cle Elum. The river flows through that town, skirts Ellensburg, passes the city of Yakima, and continues southeast to Richland, where it flows into the Columbia River at an elevation of 340 feet (100 m).

Aaron explained it to me as having something to do with USGS and the headwaters as being the origin for rivers in the state. I agree, it can be confusing.

That'd be Kittitas County Mike. Benton is where it dumps into the Columbia. WDFW appears to have it lumped into Benton County:

Mike, just is the way it is. LOL It's all good!
