If you are talking about the "What should the daily limit be" poll... that is an interesting question. I think it is more complicated than that.
On the "Put and take" lakes I say keep it at the higher end of limits, I'm talking like 5 as it currently stands. Those stocked lakes are made for putting fish in and taking them out. That could be easier done on many urban lakes that have no hold over fish. It's just a recycled pool of 10" stockers..
On other lakes that have stockers as well as a population of holdover trout. I like when I see something like, "Only 1 fish over 16" type of rule.
I have always been shocked that the State hasn't tightened it up on the Lake WA. cutthroat fishery. Considering this is a native/reproducing fish. Honestly as much as I like to fish for them, I wish they would make it a two fish limit, or at least take it down below the standard 5 trout limit.

Rules are rules, but there always is a question of some of the people are honest, and for the other folks unfortunately there isn't enough enforcement to go around. #-o

I bet that mix-up happened a while ago, probably with the upgrade.
