Pull Down Menus Staying Down

Has anyone experienced this annoying little quirk? When moving the mouse over the pull down tabs, they stay down, several at a time.

Safari. It just started doing that a couple of days ago.
I have also noticed that sometimes it takes up to a minute to change subjects on the forum. That also started just recently. If I hit refresh while it is searching for the new subject, it then proceeds. Odd.

Using firefox both linux and windows versions...haven't noticed anything with the menus. But, as you have pointed out, I have also noticed the response from the server has seemed to take quite a bit longer here lately. Once in a while I will even receive a notice of "Page Not Found", but as soon as I refresh it's available. That's only happened a couple times, though.

I have seen that "gone fishin" message also a lot lately.

I just downloaded the latest Firefox and now this quirk has disappeared. Navigating throughout the site is much smoother also.
