I am unable to view the videos. The screen tells me the plugin is unable. What plugin do I need to view the videos?

It's going to depend on the browser you are using. It should tell you when it gives you the error message. All our videos are on the YouTube players so it shouldn't be difficult. You'll just follow your browsers prompts to download and install the plugin.
