hahah... doing fine. Upgrade went relatively well... I was expecting much worse.

When I go to my Inbox it looks like it always did... messages with a checkbox to the right and a Delete Selected button at the bottom. Are you seeing something different?

As a side note, one thing that i hope DID get fixed in the upgrade was the bug that allowed other people to delete your PMs... i.e. if the originator deleted the original PM then all of the responses to the PM would be deleted form other users Inboxes... anyone ever notice that?

Well I'm glad it wasnt just me then.

I have to leave for a few hours. If anyone has problems with the forum I will have to deal with them later tonight.

Don't make me quote myself. Sent Items, not Inbox. My Inbox is great.

Well.. Apparently the Sent Items remove themselves after 60 days...

I tried sending myself a PM which worked fine, sent and received. When I deleted either the sent or the received PM, the other was deleted also.

I'll try that with another member.

Sounds good. But 2 months worth of sent items will add up fast. I have over 20 in the past 2 days. Also, what if I want to save info I have sent? I have a couple tutorials that I have just done as PM's for people, or info on lakes I get asked about a lot that I just re-send to people. Can we save them? No biggy either way, you'll just make me write more.

Having a Saved PM's folder has been mentioned to the developers of this forum software. I'm not sure what the outcome was.

We WERE on v1.9.0. This is v1.9.1.8. The version I will be installing for the new site is v1.9.3.3 and it has a LOT more stuff and is just nicer all around... but it's only in Alpha release right now so i didn't dare install it here. I'll look into the Saved PM thing and let you know what I find.

I leave for 2 hours and everything goes to heck in a handbasket. You think I trust you guys enough to go SLEEP for 6 hours?
