Post by A9 » Tue Apr 15, 2008 12:17 am

For the past few hours it said the site was unavailable or something and each moderator had a few sites displayed under their name...
Anyone else have this occur?

Switched hosts... and it did NOT go as planned... however here we are... at the new host. The domain name should resolve to washingtonlakes.com again by morning... I hope. Everything seems fine... and if I'm not mistaken, it seems a LOT faster now...

anyone else think it's faster?

It could be that nobody is using the site... but after using it for 10 minutes now, it seems a LOOOOT faster... my post was saved and refreshed almost instantly instead of the 15-20 seconds it used to take...

There's one problem left as far as i can tell... other than assorted email issues that will sort themselves out soon. The attachments folder needs different security rights on it to allow people to upload as well as to see the attachments... it's now 2:46 in the morning and the host is not avaialble.. i'm calling it a day. I'll fix it tomorrow.

File attachment problems are now resolved. As far as I know, everything with the site is working again. As usual, let me know if you have any problems.

Hey, happy feet! At 2:50 did you notice the Napoleen Dynamite moves?

I actually like that song. :farao:

When you get old and after 35 years on a tugboat that only goes 12 knots full ahead.... Everything seems faster. ......It's getting better. Don't have time to get coffee any more!

Fly Fishing is the art of attaching a fake bug to a line and relying on the appropriate manipulation of the rod to deceive the fish into eating a sharp steel hook covered with feathers and fur.
