River Report Drop Down Window Not Working Properly

When I go to scroll on the drop down window of the river reports, as soon as I click on the scroll bar the window colapses.

Marc, try using your keyboard. Click into the textbox and then press the down arrow and see if that works. There's not much I can do about it...
