Psychiatrist question

Am at this point of my life where I think I have serious psychological problems. I tend to forget alot, have swingy moods, literally get depressed for absolutely no reason at all, and I behave around friends in a way I dont want to be in.

I want to know the pricing and any recommended clinic that I should visit in Jeddah. And, is it okay to share my "lack of belief" to the psychiatrist, or should I just act normal?
