Hello, I've only ever gotten acrylic nails once and hated how it messed up my natural nails that are already thin.

So my question is can I get fake nails without then filing the top of my nails?

Also, what type of fake nails should I get Nail Tech? Acrylic, powder, ect.

I want shorter matte black nails with gold foil accent stripe, if this info is needed.
