SOLAR PANELS

I have 3 x 120-watt solar panels on my van roof connected to a redarc BMS1230, I would like to remove 1of the 120watt panels and replace with a 300-watt panel to give a little more charge 300w solar panel. The 3 panels are currently connected together on the roof via Anderson plugs with a single feed to BMS .will the different watt size panel be ok connected to smaller size ones., thanks,
