Unprinted Pag-IBIG MDF Form Question

Hello everyone,

I hope you're all doing well. I have a question regarding the Pag-IBIG MDF (Membership Data Form). I recently visited the Pag-IBIG office to update my membership information, but I was surprised to find that they had run out of printed Unprinted Pag-IBIG MDF Form. The staff suggested that I could download the form online and print it myself, but I'm a bit hesitant to do so. Has anyone else encountered this situation? Is it acceptable to use the unprinted MDF form downloaded from the website? I want to make sure I'm following the correct procedure and that my information will be properly recorded. Your insights and experiences would be highly appreciated. Thank you!
