Parting out boat

We have decided that we are going to part out the boat. These are the items we have

2011 Evinrude Etec 60hp - 4 years left on warranty - 5600 (with controls and guage)
2011 Yamaha 6hp 4 stroke - 1200
Bimini top - 100
