Looking for a 4-15hp outboard. Must run well. Must be cheap.

I got a 9.9 hp Evinrude, older model (around 1990) but starts on 1st or second pull and runs well....$500 and it's yours....

I have a evinrude 9.5 (older) asking $350....

HOW MUCH IS CHEAP???? I already told you I got one for $500, 9.9 that runs good...
