You might be better off hitting Mar Don on the Potholes Reservoir........ If you're looking for some place quite a bit closer and still has the conveniences nearby.... For that matter, dock fishing at Williams was good, nearer to Sprague and your 395. If you're interested in trout,,,,, hit Williams! It's a Great lake...

2 resorts, camping yes, for a fee, Klinks is one, also a sponsor of this site, the other resort is a bit more rustic, I liked them both! http://washingtonlakes.com/LakeInfo.aspx?id=18&t=1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; both have docks to fish from, for a fee, and there is the WDFW access point/ramp....... depending on water level, limited shore fishing....

Thanks Mark, so do you not really recommend fishing at Lake Chelan or around Lake Chelan? I guess I am just trying to find a good spot where my gf who would rather catch alot of fish...which tend to be like (8-10inch). I have been to Tuccannon which is okay but they are all hatchery fish that are no larger than 10'inches....

So.... I see that Chelan is most active but im assuming for boaters right?

The mackinaw guys put in nearly daily reports at times of the year...... all of that is from a boat........ When I head to Manson, I hit Roses with a car topper boat. There is some shore access at Roses,,,,,,, no camping or fires at Roses....

With the the GF,,,, hit Williams, save a dollar on gas, buy her lunch at Klinks...... It's a pleasant experience really....

or, hit something more rustic, Downs,,, but with out a boat... or tube.... it's going to be tough......
