Lakes around the Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue, Lynwood, etc area
Anyone know of any good lakes around the areas mentioned above in topic, that has descent to great bank access. Obviously, I can click on the different county's but I need help in knowing if the are descent lakes. I mainly just fish Lake Washington, trying to find something new.

For bass, perch, and panfish, Lake Washington is just about the best there is in the area for the shore angler. I'm just waiting for the water to warm up a bit so I can start slaying some pumpkinseeds, rockbass, and perch. Oh yeah, bass too.
Lake Samm state park is good if you have waders.
Gissburg ponds also has good shore fishing but is further away in Arlington, and Pine Lake off the dock. Lake Meridian and Angle Lake have nice fishing docks, but the pan fishing is not nearly as good as Lake WA.
Most other lakes are lined with private homes, and access is available only from the WDFW access sites, which are mostly just a small piece of shoreline more suited to launching boats than fishing from shore. And the fishing is not nearly as good as Lake WA (my opinion, of course).

Look for dock areas. I found them last year at the south end. You gotta look for them though--sometimes they'll be there, and sometimes not. They move around different spots in the area.topdawg47 wrote:Where do you catch rock bass at from Lk. Washington?
