My turn for report picture upload failure

I've uploaded photos many times, but this was the first time it never worked. I always use the browse option, and did so on my most recent Lake Roosevelt report, but no photo posted. How do I go about getting the photo to post? Resubmit the report?

Just try again and indicate it was for the previous report, we'll fix it or leave it as an extra report. Sorry for the hassle (insert sound of broken record here).
