I behaved .I didnt pig out as usual.I'm really enjoying the new me. I have energy like I was 18 again. Dropping dem 75 lbs really helps out alot.I went to my sisters house for dinner. Shes doing Weight Watchers too like I do . She cooked healthy and wise. I wouldve loved to eaten way more but I'm likeing the compliments I get while losing. All I know is my new waders are way too big and I'm fitting into waders and raingear from at least 5-8 years ago. Happy holidays to come for everyone.
When youre up to your rear end in alligators, its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.

WOW Rac, great news about your weight loss. Congrats my friend. 75 pounds is a lot of weight. You should be very proud of your accomplishment which speaks volumes about your character and determination. Many at my work have followed in my foot steps and have lost lots of weight. One gal in my department who has been on Weight Watchers for about 10 months, has lost 89 pounds and is tiny now. She looks great and loves how she feels, enjoying the attention and positive feedback she receives on a daily basis. One of my buddies at work who fishes with me regularly is doing what I have been doing (eating clean and workin out) and has lost over 20 pounds so far and looks much better / healthier, and he seems happier. It's amazing how fantastic being fit feels and how it positively affects your life.

I was surprised at thanksgiving dinner how one plate of food stuffed me. Hours later I had some pie and again felt stuffed. The old me (408 pounds) would have had two and a half (piled on) plates of food and lots of desert to follow. The new me (248 pounds) can barely eat a full plate of food. Man that feels good! I agree with you about how nice all of the attention and compliments feel. Even after 2 years of eating healthy and dropping all my weight, I still hear it from multiple people every day, both from my peers and from the general public who remembers the old very fat me.

I have a Cabela's Pro 100 life vest that is way too big for me and a 3XL like new Cabela’s Spectrum cold weather jacket that I've worn very few times that I no longer wear. My hip waders are loose around the thigh area which is also nice, and wearing average size clothes is the sugar free icing on the carrot cake. I'd love to sell my jacket and life vest to one of our bigger brothers for cheap if someone was interested. Maybe I should post them in the classifieds section. I also loved taking all my huge clothes to the good will followed by buying new clothes (off the rack) in average sizes. Man that was a great experience that I will never forget and enjoy every time I buy something new to wear.

Being obese was a choice I made all by myself. I allowed myself to become obese over a long period of time, and I accepted how I ate, looked, and felt for almost 20 years. It was also my choice to lose all this weight (160 pounds) and become fit and healthy. It was the best decision I have ever made in my life and I am so thankful I had it in me to make the permanent change. I hold nothing against, nor do I judge the overweight or obese in our society. I was one of them and know how they feel. I do wish they could know how great it feels to be fit and healthy because I believe if they could, they would be compelled to change their lives and enjoy the benefits as you and I have done. Rac, you have added many years to your life and I am very happy for you. Congratulations.

I am happy to email my program to anyone who is interested.

Happy holidays to all,

Dave
