I'm going to CDA this weekend and was wondering where is location where is good fishing also is spinnerbait the only bait that works well for pike? It's my first time and need help really wanting to catch my first pike.

9/28/2016 6:46:00 AMI fished the main lake but the chains are good to. I won't give exact locations but you can find them anywhere from the north end to the south end and in the chains in 4 to 10 feet of water, hanging in and around the weed beds. Many baits work well, I have caught fish on just about everything. Just find some weeds and start throwing lures. You'll find great satisfaction in finding your own exact locations, I know I do.

9/28/2016 8:21:00 AMThanks for the help! So 4-10 feet of water would I want to target by the shore or closer to middle? How would I know if there's weed beds around, we have a fish finder and not experienced with knowing how weeds look like on them.
