When the water temp warms to the lower and mid 70's the crappie and perch hit almost any kind of crappie lure you throw at them. Including crappie jigs, small raps, and beetle spins.

I really enjoy this lake, but it can be VERY hit and miss this time of year for bass, but what lake can't?? Took my best friend with me, and we hit our first bass about 20 minutes out...a 4.6lb'er....
