I reviewed the crime statfs. Looks to me like Grand Coulee is a hotspot for theft. Cannot imagine why that would be but Its higher than both the state and national average for theft.

I always wonder about the photos I see of fish out of the water about to be released. Even if you do not agree with the regulation its not a great idea to take a photo of yourself doing an violation AND post it on the internet.
