so i went to the snohomish last night under 522 bridge, still lots of pinks in that area, the river was really high and the fish were not more than 5 feet from shore rolling and a flopping all around.. got a few strikes but no takers..

i read the netting schdule right now is weekly, noon sundays to noon fridays

after checking out the satelite view with google earth, i then used maps.google.com to print out a little map of the area of the river i will be hanging out on tomorrow

Google Earth is an awesome resource for finding fishing holes.. i suggest downloading that and getting a satelite view of the whole area, u can see the roads and hwys and the river and the fishing holes ;)

anyone know when and where the tribe nets go in, on the green/duwamish?

haha, if u don't like crowds, u wont want to fish spokane st.. i don't mind it so much, it has its moments of laughter

the crowd wasn't so bad today at noon, but the usualy noon time snag fest was going down, i did see 2 nice kings get hooked by the guy next to me, in the mouth, but they spit as soon as they got close to the net, i'm sure its a fun fight even tho u can't keep the kings there.. either way, it was a n...

yeah, "almost" not want to go. but shoot. i work on the water front down by pier 70, and shoot, i brought my gear today, so i think i'm heading down to the bridge at lunch here soon.. i'll post up the mess when i get back this afternoon..

the bite has dropped off drastically i think in the past 5 days or so.. but they are there, still in big numbers, i was out saturday all day and saw them everywhere from 112th st to spokane st and inbetween, i hit the shorelines all over the place that day.. i only caught them at spokane st though b...

that craziness they call the spokane st bridge is actually kinda fun if you're prepared for all those people. i hit it this past saturday for the 1st time and had a blast, got pissed quite a few times but still had fun and still caught fish, legally, i'm not a jerky yank yank fisher so my snags were...
