I have a question, is it normal for humpies to be caught this early? I remember last season I didn't catch my first humpy of the season until Aug 23. Humpies already in the Skagit? Could this be the sign of a massive return?

I have checked the creel reports for my area from 2011. If they are early it is only a week.
