I think I need to do some serious house cleaning on my computer. I found this video on Joy lake which I must have made a couple years ago. I can't even keep track of this stuff, LOL. Oh well, here it is:
That's interesting. Joy Lake is not listed in the regs and has no public access. Therefore it must be private.
It is my understanding that if a lake doesn't have a public access, the WDFW will not stock the lake unless the property owners buy the fish from the department. Is this the case?

may be, I'm not aware. But Joy is most definately public and has a public access, the one I'm walking down. It was a hotly reported lake a few years back for bass, and then faded back into semi-obscurity.

wow, that would warrant a 911 call. Is that the left corner looking at the launch from the lake, or looking out on the lake from the launch?

Looking at lake from launch far left tdot and basstradamus was also there.
When I lived in nc we carried guns for crazy animals. Now there for crazy people, sad really.
