lk WA.. largemouth?

So I've been trying to hook into some LM this summer on Lake Washington. I cant find them!
I know smallies are still doing their rocks n docks thing out there, but what is the behavior of largemouth right now on Washington? Last yr I caught some, but i think it was just sorta luck since I had zero clue what I was doing and was blind chucking.
Ive been hitting wood stickups and pad fields around the arboretum with no luck... I cant figure out if its cuz there arnt any in there, or if I might be fishing a bit too fast? (still stuck on smallie mode?). Any tips, places, ideas, hints, lures, etc??
