Never been pan fishing headed to banks lake (no boat)
We are camping in sun lakes resort and I have always wanted to catch crappie and small mouth. I know banks is the best. What is the best to fish from the shore for these these species? Does anybody know any good shore access spots hopefully on the southern end if the lake. Thanks for any tips and hints they will be greatly appriciated.

Wow, that long and no response? How'd you do?
Stop at Big Wally's at the south end of the lake. While not as helpful as the previous owner, they should show you on a map. If not, the west side of the park on the SW side of the dam is good for most fish, and the Steamboat Rock area is best overall for spinyray from shore. Boat is better for Banks, but there is pretty good shore fishing. Clear water so hit the structure. Good luck!
