Re: what to wear to a pole dance
Most pole dancers I have seen wear either a gorilla suit or a sasquatch suit.

This site is a fishing website, your topics have nothing to do with fishing. There may be a better venue on the net that could be better for the things you are inquiring about.

Re: Batteries
Purchased from Drewcraft, they are running a special on the 12v 50ah batteries. Marked down from $499 to $349 each so had to jump on it. Thank you for the direction, now time to fish! Might check out Potholes this weekend if not too wet, but will still be running on the old batteries as the Ionics w...

Re: Batteries
went with the Ionic battery and Noco charger. 2- 12v seemed to be the best option, now should be able to fish all day with no worries. Thank you so much for your insight, was very helpful!

Re: Batteries
Not too long and extremely helpful and informative. You have me leaning towards the Ionic battery and they show a 24v in one package. Not sure if I will do two 12v or one 24v. If I decide on the 2-12v, I could use the battery for the electric on the pontoon. Need to do some research on the charger I...

Batteries
I have a 20 foot aluminum boat with a 80lb thrust 24v Minn Kota bow mount trolling motor. I will need to replace the trolling batteries as I can only troll for about three hours. My question is what batteries would you guys recommend for this setup? I want to be able to fish as long as possible with...

Re: Best water filtration system today
I would suggest a two/three step system to remove everything you want out of the water. I would use a UV system to kill the germs and maybe a two filter setup with a carbon cartridge for taste and odor and a pleated filter for solids. The UV filter would be sized on max gallons per minute and I woul...

Smelly Walleye?
OK, I got one for you. The guys at work think I am nuts, they may be correct. Every day I drive over Alder street fill in Moses Lake and it smells like walleye. Do you guys think it is possible that there are so many going under the bridge that I can smell them? The sheer volume of fish it would tak...

Re: Best Ultralight Lures For Small Bass
I grew up on a small lake in Federal Way and always had a blast using small Rapalas. We would just twitch them on the surface for bluegills and small bass, loads of fun! If the lure was close enough to the boat, we could see bass hovering below the lure. Would wiggle the rod tip so the plug kind of ...

Re: Wall mounted rod holder options, or DIY?
I think it would be cheap and easy to do one out of PVC pipe and tees. Just glue the tees in series with a little pipe in between and add a piece of pipe ti the outlet of the tee for a little length. I searched PVC rod holder on the internet and there was a bunch of different types. Some freestandin...

Lake Roosevelt Sturgeon
I am pondering going up to Lake Roosevelt next Friday for the Sturgeon opener and I am looking at the Kettle Falls area. Curious if anyone has any insight on what section of the lake to try for Sturgeon? I do not need specific spots or tactics, just general vicinity where I could locate some. I cons...

Re: 'Other lakes on Colville Reservation' ??
looks like there is a resort on both North and South Twin Lakes. I have only fished South so not sure if North Twin is any good or not. Rainbow Beach on North and Hartmans on South if you want to look them up. I think they are connected by a canal and if the boat is not too big, you can travel betwe...

Re: 'Other lakes on Colville Reservation' ??
I have fished a couple up there but has been a while. Buffalo was okay but the fish were on the small side, 8"-10" rainbows and a few small largemouth. Twin lakes was a blast but more for quantities of fish rather than quality. We could catch 50-60 largemouth a day but largest was about 2lbs. Caught...

Re: Side planer boards?
I also built my own and use the downriggers for a mast. We use shower curtain hooks with mini clips to get our lines attached to the cable. I have a bunch of clips so no need to pull in the boards after catching a fish. Just hook another shower curtain hook with line clipped into the release and sen...
