Where to fish tomorrow in North Sound

I have 4 hours free tomorrow the 5th to try and get some fishing in. I am debating between the Skykomish in Monroe, the Skykomish in Sultan and the Edmonds Pier. Where do you think I will be more likely to get into some fish? I am shore bound. Thanks for the help?

It's a tossup, I'd probably go to Monroe or sultan, I've been seeing fish caught there, I think fish in Edmonds are more rare right now..

Monroe.. Hooked 3 today. Lost all of em but they are in there
