Looking for a River to SUP

Hi all,
I want to take my stand-up paddleboard out on a river open for salmon this weekend. Something with a tidal influence would be nice so I could ride up/down on the tides. I've done this before on the Snohomish and it was great - a big, slow river with few hazards (thought my SUP is inflatable like a river rafting boat). I was hoping to ride the skagit, but it's closed to coho. Any one else have any ideas? I was thinking the Nooksack or Nisqually but dont know what the river is like or the fishing. Hoping for something quiet with a decent chance to catch something - ill take a creek. Any suggestions for me? Thanks!
