So I have been on Craigslist looking for a guide for my son and I and was extremly disappointed in the ethics and attitude some of them have. Slander each other, flag their posts....its ridiculous.

Any one have any good guides you would suggest? Any
bad experiences on Craigslist?
Thanks guys!!:colors:

I fish with Phil Stephens of Mystical Legends http://www.riverfishin.com/. He is A1. I never got him off of craigslist though. I read his reports at Steelhead U, watched is reply's on another website, and then I actually meet him at the Sportsman show '08. I fished 3 times with him last year, on the Cowltz, and I am scheduled to fish again May 26th. He is remarkable. :dj:
This year I met a guide named Dan Walling of Dan's Guided Trips. I was impressed with him as well. He is not a full time guide and his wife just had a baby. :bom: He is extremely nice and helped teach me. We fished from the bank on the Green. Dan was on another website, although at one time he did advertise on craigslist.
I would imagine that you are looking for cheaper prices since you are looking at craigslist?
This is a good time for fishing the Columbia River-rivers.
