North Lake Tapps Park is not scheduled to partially reopen until Saturday, May 23rd:

Allan Yorke Park website says launch open as of May 11th:

Their website says it is open now. They have changed hours to 7 to 7 and increased "parking" fee to $15. They also suggest you limit your stay to 4 hours. Think I'll pass on Tapps for now.
