Ummmmmmmmmm....

A quick look at the regs says 40 inches is the max keeper limit.
You SURE that guy's 42"?
The fish. They are laughing at me. Can you hear them?

I was just informed earlier today that I was wrong. I thought 42 was max size. I feel horrible!!!! I would never have kept it if I was not ignorant to the rules. If i'm not mistaken, was'nt it 42 last year? that still dos'nt excuse me from wrong doing. I'm now privy to the rules, and feel icky about killing an oversize, but dang what a fish.

The fish is filleted and in the dirt, he could say it is 1,000 Inches if he wanted and the WDFW wouldn't have any way to prove it one way or another. It's all hearsay and fish-tales now.
Nice fish, make sure to check the regs often!
Tight lines.
