Hey all, I could use some help

Ok some back story some of you may know, most wont....back in 01/2009 I lost my job as a respiratory therapist at a hospital. I was having some weird mental issues so I went to get a neuropsych eval done as recommended by a friend. The evaluator diagnosed me with Adjustment Disorder and General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and recommended neurofeedback therapy. So I went and did that and after a few visits the psychologist recommended I go onto disability. I thought nah, I have my quirks but I should be able to get through them. So I started service with the dept of vocational rehab, was pretty close to getting something going through them but then I got a job offer doing the same thing, respiratory therapy, but this time in the home care environment. Things went ok the first year, but then started catching up with me and I was eventually laid off and replacement by two part time people....our sales had slumped enough they no longer needed a full time guy who wasnt hacking it anyways. I still feel I could do this type of work, with certain conditions, which nobody wants to do...I was the only therapist for the entire region (covered radius of 80 miles). So I looked for work, took me about 7 months and landed a job I had previous experience in, it didnt work out well, I was always on edge and anxious, had an episode last april where I nearly committed suicide, spent a few days in a psych ward and was placed on a medication known as Effexor XR...it is an extended release antidepressant and it actually worked for me, and worked well. My anxiety was down and under control most days, my social anxiety was almost nil, however I still had some troubles at work, felt more like a number now matter that I out performed nearly everyone there (no joke). So late October a friend tells me there is an opening where he works doing tech support....I thought ok, I can do this, Im an ubergeek and already do tech support over the phone at job I was sat...I got hired, how I dont know, but the job was well over my heard.....10 years ago when I went through computer network courses I would have had no problem but after not using most of that knowledge it had gone out the window, plus a lot has changed over 10 years. So I put in my resignation, figured I would go on unemployment till I could find a job more my speed, possibly contact vocational rehab again and see if they could get me in somewhere that I could fit in. But instead, that employer offered me a different position doing repair tech instead of tech support, I had done that job a little bit during training and really like it, so I jumped on it....but it turns out the repair part was about 5-10% of the job, the remainder was a warehouse grunt pulling product and filling orders....if ya know me you know Im not cut out for physically demanding work, I tried one day and every article of clothing was soaked in sweat, i hurt and could hardly move...so I quit, even if I started going to a gym I couldnt get myself into shape fast enough. So i decided to throw in the towel and go on disabililty. I qualify for free medical through the state but it doesnt begin until jan 1st, 2014...and that medication, Effexor, well it is a beast of a drug....the worst antidepressant to try to get off of, and here I am now with no medical insurance and the price of the generic is $150 for one month.....I checked for all sorts of charity programs, copay assistance programs, nothing for me to use, best I could get would be a $20 savings off the retail price.
So here I am, I have a crowdfunding campaign to try to get my prescription filled until January 1st. If you can help donate I would greatly appreciate it....there is even a Fisherman's reward, go check it out. If you cant help I hope you can at least share my gofundme campaign page....I will even post a copy of the receipt if I meet goal and am able to buy the medication.
