I was just amazed at the amount of snow we had here in Seattle,..I knew it would snow but 2 accumalate this much just floored me,..we have 6" in Skyway and it's still coming down,..thought other members could share their fun in the snow here 2,..remember be safe and most of all have a "BLAST"!!!!!

Dang Marc,it looks pretty but thats just to excessive with the snow. Thats alot of weight on the roof too

I think this weekend the "roof rake" is coming out. All we would need is a warm front come through with rain. Then it gets real heavy!

Headed thru the mountains and Spokane tomorrow, looks like it'll be a long drive to Montana....

Will get some pictures uploaded later tonight. Time to head out and bomb the hills on the sleds....The snowplowers managed to turn the snow on the road into a 1-2 inch layer of heavy snow/slush, now that the temps have been dropping for a few hours, that's turned into a sheet of ice...Works for me, I live on a good hill, time to sled with the buddies before everyone heads off for xmas.

Saw a lot of accidents out on the roads today....Lots of buses sideways on roads, abandoned cars...Stay safe out there while driving! BTW I-405 isn't too bad right now between 520 and I-5....Either direction....Some spots it was dry and we moved 50-60mph the whole time on it.....This was as of the afternoon commute, it could easily be worse tomorrow morning.

Hey Marc, check this one out....



There are 20 inches of snow on the end tables of my grill. The same is on the ground here in Spangle. Took 2 1/2 hours to plow my driveways today and I plowed them last night to "get ahead of the snow." Sure glad I didn't have to move all that snow today!

Believe it or not, there's a Miata in here somewhere. :compress:

We officially got 23.5" this snow fall. 21" at my house.
Last night I did the front walks and drive way (12") "to get ahead on it" also. This morning I did the balance of it.

Keep the blower handy Phil, now we are suppose to get winds and another arctic blast. You guys will most likely get the brunt of the wind.

I did a maiden snow run in my new F-150 4x4 today. Sweeeeeet!!!!:cheers:

Looks like you guys are having fun!! I have snow but you guys would laugh at it. We should hit thirty degrees today:cheers: we were at -30 with windchill just a couple days ago we will be back to highs in the single digits in a couple days. I wish we had more snow but at least it is white here

Marc, you guys weren't lying...Tons of snow out here in Spokane, I'm holed up here for a night. Lots and lots of snow....Chilly on the drive over, left Bellevue with temps around 27F, hit Snoqualmie Pass, temps were around 14F, hit some -1F spots out in the middle of nowhere between Cle Elum and Moses Lake, Moses Lake was around 4F, Spokane I think was mid teens.....
