2005 Komfort 27' Travel Trailer like new 15,000.

We are forced to sell our 2005 Komfort 27TSR travel trailer used 7 times total since purchasing it new in 2005 for $33,000.00. We are asking for $15,000. Firm.

This trailer is in like new condition and is very comfortable. An electric or manual double slide out opens up the kitchen and living room into a spacious area that boasts a reclining easy chair and matching couch that folds into a twin bed with a dining room table and 4 chairs and open kitchen. Tinted windows throughout offer privacy and open views. Watch TV or listen to the am/fm CD stereo with ceiling speakers throughout. The bathroom is designed to provide ample room to get dressed, take a shower or bath, and get ready for the day in privacy. A large hot water heater provides plenty of hot water for multiple showers. The rear bedroom hosts a queen size bed with huge storage area underneath and has mounted cabinets for storage as well as a small 3 drawer dresser on both sides for clothes. There is also a large closet for additional clothes or whatever you like. This coach has many amenities such as full air conditioning and forced air heating throughout to keep you toasty warm in winter or cool on those hot summer days. The kitchen has a nice pantry, mounted microwave oven, propane 3 burner stove top and oven that bakes better than the one inside your house. Double sinks allow you to do the dishes with little effort coupled with a filtered water system so drinking water isn't an issue, and there is a large refrigerator and top freezer which will allow you to store enough food for a week or longer. There is a brand new outside wall mounted BBQ that has never been removed from it's case. There is an outside shower for the kids or for washing the dog after a walk on the beach. An awning is right outside the front door that spans almost the entire length of the trailer and there is both a front and back bedroom door for convenient entry or exit. The windows are tinted and have a two stage sliding blind system which allows you reduce outside light and enjoy privace inside, or close the secondary blind for complete privacy. Screens on all windows and doors allow fresh air and no bugs. There is a very large fresh water tank that has never been used, a large black water tank and two gray water tanks. Outside manual stabilization jacks are easily deployed by hand or in about 5 seconds with a cordless drill. The front tongue has a power hitch so there is no hand cranking to hook up or detach making this a 5 minute job. I am including the truck hitch and stabilization bars so you will have everything you need.

I checked the NADA blue book for our trailer before placing this add and the suggested retail price is $30, 096.00. Average retail is $20,720.00, we are asking $15,000.00 firm to sell it quickly which will allow us to make it through this difficult time in our lives. Here is the NADA link to see for yourself; http://www.nadaguides.com/RVs/2005/Komf ... ment/Print" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Please email me at presshard4copies1@frontier.com, I would be happy to show the trailer anytime.
