You might want to re-think the need for the boat's weight allowance covering 800 lbs. considering the price you are talking about 400-600 dollars with trailer etc.
I have a 14' Lund aluminum that allows 4 people at a combined body weight of 660 lbs. Then you have to allow for the weigth of the motor and gear, my motor is about 175lbs. Yes the 660 lbs is only the weight of the bodies, and it allows for more to include the motor and gear.
I wish you luck in finding something, but I think in the price range that your are looking you would find a decent car-topper.
Of course you can have a small motor on a car-topper just fine assuming the is a transom that will support it,,,, obviously an electric motor is no problemo.
Here is a link to something I'm talking about.

If that doesn't go through,, then just go to Craigslist under boats in snohomish county (everett)
Also, you might even kind of look around in your neighborhood at people's backyards. Of course don't get yourself shot or anything... but alot of people have aluminum boats that are just sitting out back an not ever used anymore. They may want to get rid of them for cheap, just to see their yards cleaned out. I am looking out the window at my neighbors backyard and she has a 10-12' alum. boat that just sits there. Of course I tried to get her to sell it to JT26 from this website, but she had some sentimental issues about the boat....... whatever....
Goodluck,
Chris
