Hello, is anyone familiar with the typical trout season here? I have done a lot of fishing this summer and always had plenty of little trout to take home, but I went out in mid september last and didn't have much luck at all. we had 2 keepers between 3 of us heh. this lake is well stocked but do you think the fish count is just low?

also, has anyone caught steelhead here? if so, what were some methods/setups used?

steelhead in fish lake????? i fish it alot and the fish are there you just need to fish in deeper water and troll different things

ya i guess not any more... I heard from the people at the cove that they used to stock steelhead so nevermind about that...

what kind of lures work for trolling there? and is this time of year ok still?
