I'm thankful the Kenmore cops are writing tickets in there to those who launch without the appropriate pass.

I see what you're saying though. Hope that is all it is. Improvements were discussed for Log Boom Park also in some of those documents. Something about adding a small boat rental thing, I think aesthetics is high on the list. Yes "the jewel", their voice carries a bit more weight, I suppose. It's certainly looks good so far!

There's a sewer line and electricity into the WDFW ramp now, I believe. I think it was Kenmore's funds that paid to bring in power or the sewer line.

Was that one of the bridges (the one over the slough there) they were talking about putting a toll on to pay for replacement?
I fish not because I regard fishing as being terribly important, but because I suspect that so many of the other concerns of men are equally unimportant, and not nearly so much fun. ~ John Volker

That would certainly stop a lot of the neighborhood through traffic during rush hour (s). Lots of places that people go to avoid the arterial traffic.

I haven't heard anything lately but when they 1st started tolling 520 there was a couple bridges in Kenmore they said would need replacing because of the extra traffic caused by people wanting to avoid the toll on 520. So they figured they would just toll those bridges as well. Since I don't go over any bridges in Kenmore on a regular basis I never really looked to see where they were. I think they got enough public blow back to crush it.

Oh, good.... That would be like a toll to get off of my front porch....

Off the top of my head, 3 bridges across the slough between lake WA and 405.. 1 Kenmore, 2 in Bothell..... there is a pedestrian only bridge also I think.????

The fence is still up BUT the parking lot is paved! Yee Haw! Shouldn't be long now. Just a guess, they'll open her up when the lines are painted and allowed to dry. This week maybe???
