Humpy fishing

I am just getting into fishing and i was wondering when the humpys start running and where a good place for me to go to fish off shore. I live in lynnwood and am willing to drive far as need be thanks for the help

Mid August they'll be in thick through mid September. If you in Lynnwood, head north to the lower stretches of the Snohomish river and toss Dick Nites or Jigs in the slow water stretches and you should be hooking up pretty consistently.

Use the search function as well. Lots of good threads on Pink salmon are archived on the site and I'm sure there are a bunch of threads full of info.
