Logging in via Android phone

Post by The Quadfather » Sun Sep 09, 2012 3:08 pm

Is there a reason that I cannot seem to log in via my smartphone. It is a Android type phone. Is there some kind of special app. I need or something?
I have even reset my password via the desktop computer, just to make sure that I have the password correct. Now with multiple tries via the phone, I get a failure. I've gone with CAPS on.. with CAPS OFF, I's that i've done as I's, and I's that Ive done as 1's.. etc. etc.

thanks for any help :-({|=

On the phone... whenever I attempt anything, it goes to the standard log-in page. i.e. user name/password.
I've put in every thing that I thnk is my password, LOL. Obviously, I've only got one.. but it is stickied on my desktop.
So... I requested a new password. Got the new one. Hooked it up, via the desktop.
Went to the Android, tried new password. Still no dice! I am pretty confident in my computer skills, I am wondering if there is some weird Android/smart-stupid phone issue?? Aaron??

Maybe it's the user id instead of a password problem.

hmmm... just looking back now, I see that my two User ID words are CAPPED. Don't know if that matters in the login, as I was not capping them. will try again.

I'm pretty sure the usernames are case sensitive. I've never had a problem on any of my android devices (Gingerbread, ICS, Jellybean).

Mystery solved. Just changed passwords away from the like 14 digit password that is automaticly generated.
