So Fresh, So Clean Skin

Post by fishnislife » Tue May 15, 2007 9:38 pm

Aaron, Mike
It might just be me, but the So Fresh, So Clean skin on the main forum page looks HUGE. I mean it looks like it is centered instead of left justified. All the other pages seem fine. Check it out. I do like that look.

I just recently turned the skins back on and that is exactly why I turned them off in the first place. Sometime over the next month I am going to change the way the forum is formatted and that skin will fix itself when I do. The root cause is a CSS class name duplication becuase I have the forum embedded into the site.

Right on. I think out of all the skins besides the standard, that one is my fav. Keep up the good (hard) work. I don't think you guys hear it enough, but you are doing an outstanding job with the new site.

Thanks. Most people might not see it on a regular basis, but there are some very large, very nast bugs left in the site that just don't want to go away. If you happen to see the "Gone Fishin'" page it means you have found one. Most of the time it has nothing to do with the page you were trying to view so just try that page again and it will probably work just fine.

And thanks. I do like hearing that people like the new site. There are a handfull of people that feel the need to let us know how disgusted they are with it and... well... there isn't much I can for them but let them move on to another WA fishing site (good luck with that).:-"

LOL.
Forget about'em. With 600+ members now, your looking at 2000-3000 by years end. How many where registered on the old site?
If you figure 10-12% are active contributors, your looking at about 200 active members. That's a pretty good ratio. For the first year of the new site.

old site had no registration and the forum was shared with piscatorial pursuits, and it was pretty dead.
