Tune up and steering issues...

I need help with a tune up and synchronizing my steering...seems to be off a bit. :clown:

This thing has made the rounds on fishing forums a few times:cheers: ...I believe it was a drug running boat that was finally seized by the feds....Absolutely incredible photo though...Too funny...
