two stroke motors

am i gonna have a problem with running my two stroke that im getting on lake Merwin or most other places in Washington

is a mercrusiser 9.8

The regulations are different from lake to lake, so you need to find your local jurisdictional authority. Check with the local Sheriff's office, it is their responsibility to enforce that law.

I believe as of now its just Lake Whatcom..Primarily because it is the source of local drinking water.As for the future..get on board and ride the wave like the rest of us.:-&

If you fish Lake Tapps... Ya, They ARE there! Ive seen them a few times this season and know a couple guys that have had their rigs/paperwork checked already.

No two stroke restrictions, or Id be screwed.#-o

haha.
If you fish Rufus Woods at the lower end behind Chief Jo Dam, Fish Lake, Roses Lake, Lake Chelan or anywhere on the upper Columbia you will see them regularly. Some times in their own boat.
But not to worry, you can use 2 cycle engines on RW, FL, RL, LC or the UC.
The deputies are on the lookout for other violations and to support the Game Department.

He moors the Sheriff's Dept boats less than a mile from my house.....

Guess who got talked to as he took his boat out with no numbers on the side to sea trial it.
