Logging Out

So I seem to be unable to log out of this website. When click on the logoff button, a message pops up asking me if I really want to logoff, I say yes, but when I return to this website, I'm still logged in under my profile. I'm not the only person who uses my computer, so I'd like to be able to logoff when I'm finished perusing this site. Am I doing something wrong?

It's a kown issue that I've tried to fix before but for some reason certain users on certain browsers have a problem with it. We've moving the site to a new server soon and I'll take another look once that process is done.
