Wanted: 25 HP Long Shaft outboard

I am looking for a 25 HP Long Shaft motor for my 14' Lund Deep V. I would prefer something within the last 12-12 years, low hours etc.
I am in Seattle, but I would look at something either on the Olympic Penn. or up down the I-5 corridor.
