I just wanted to tell you again what a great job you did on this post. Mike / Aaron, this website is a staple in my daily life and has enhanced NW fishing for everyone. You both should be commended on your hard work and dedication to this site.

what a cool thread...i was away from my computer for a whole weekend but i still want to vote for:

A) BODOFISH
B) EASTSIDE REDNECK

Even though, I am bit too late for this contest but I'd still share my story with you guys...

I choose SILENT ANGLER because I am born deaf and use American Sign Language (ASL) to communicate with my deaf fellows. Unfortunately I can't even prounce a right word in voice so I have to communicate with hearing people via writing.

Some anglers enjoy fishing with me because I never make a noise or able to tell a lame and long story. For those anglers like to talk long and strong might think I am too quiet for them. Fortunately, it is when I am totally in the "zone." The best thing is that the fish will never know who is throwing a lure ( white, black, or handicapped
person, etx.)

That's VERY cool Silent Angler...

You've got my vote for "Most Inpirational Angler". I'm sick and tired of people complaining about how bad they have it. I have a lot of respect and admiration for people, like yourself, that have overcome adversity and live a productive life. You and I would make a great fishing team, cause I don't talk at all when I'm fishing. I'd love to fish with you sometime.

Hey Mike:
Not sure if you're aware, we've got one of our own felts_jf currently deployed overseas in Krygystan. I PM'd him because I saw he was sitting in a plane, in uniform and was wondering what he did.

Come to find out, he'll be back in the States in 2 months (McChord AFB). He mentioned to me he was shopping for a boat and can't wait to hit the lakes again with his wife.

Not sure how this contest is going to turn out, but I'd like to pass on any prize (s) over to Jason as a VERY small "Thank You" for his service and sacrifice to our Country. If nothing else, it'll help him get a few lures and a Washingtonlakes.com hat or something.

We all need to remember that they're are men and women VOLUNTEERS still deployed overseas sticking their neck out everyday to keep us safe here at home.

Let's all keep Jason Felts in our prayers for a safe return home to his wife and family.

Every little bit of thanks goes a long way. Unfortunately, we take a LOT of flack for the decisions of our Commander-in-Chief when we are lawfully ordered to conduct our business whenever or wherever we do it. I'm pretty sure that I am right on. JT26 voted for 3 people but they are all from the same group. I have asked him to change it as soon as he can. Otherwise I'm not counting any of his votes.
