I posted a secret (river) lake report and it would not let me give anything but a 3. Is that normal? Then I couldn't preview the report. Is this normal?

bug report for Aaron. I seem to recall the secret lake reports didn't allow rating, mainly because there is no need, as it doesn't affect the database of a particular lake, which was a big reason we added the ratign system.Toni wrote:I posted a secret (river) lake report and it would not let me give anything but a 3.
