November 9-10. Dont Miss Out!

Post by RiverChromeGS » Wed Nov 05, 2014 5:20 am

Most incredible coho year I have yet to witness on non-puget sound rivers. Had Sunday November 9 and Monday November 10 open up for 2 seats on one of our two boat's floating these days. Coho fishing is stupid good, email me for details, coastal river but exact location depends on weather. Lets fish!

That was quick, guess I missed it. Sent a PM, but was too slow. Any recommendations on locations for bank fishing the Hump?

Thanks,

Cancellation and I am in (their loss is my gain), looking forward to catching some of those nice Coho since I have been too busy at work to get out but the rivers here have been slow anyway so I probably did not miss much.

I had a great time drifting and learning how to twitch jigs. I landed 4-5 five others and kept this big buck 12-13#, and the smaller hen. Who would have thought it would be a clear sunny day in November!

Tasted great grilled up on a cedar plank (I actually use shingle under-coarse as they are cheaper and I like the taper in thickness, helps to even out the cooking putting the thin side of the fish on the thicker portion).

Danny, thanks for getting me on to Jake's boat.

WOW >> One of my favorite spots to fish on the Upper Skagit! Hit a few "toads" up there on a few of my better days O:) Pictures to follow? Hope so if I can find them... Float planned for Monday too! Look out Bright Coho and "Green Meanies" I'm back! [biggrin]
