I caught my New Personal best today! She was a pre spawn giant that went 7.76 lbs! I caught her on a jig which was never one of my confidence baits. But it sure is now!

Here is a big pig of a smallmouth, estimated at 6.5 (scale had a dead battery), measured 21.5" and very fat. This one is my personal best and it was a big one! Snapped a few quick ones and back in to the water she went. American Lake, March 26.
